  1. Supply20%

    Mint and freeze authority revoked and LP burned (a graduated pump.fun coin counts as burned). A transfer tax costs points.

  2. Holders30%

    Top 10 wallets, pool left out: under 15% is a 10, 15–25% an 8, 25–40% a 6, 40–60% a 4, over 60% a 2. More holders helps. A big first-block bundle hurts.

  3. Dev25%

    A dev holding 5% or less scores well. Dumping everything early costs the most. Buying back earns it back.

  4. Liquidity15%

    Liquidity at 8% of market cap or more is a 10, under 1% is a 2. Past 7 days and past 30 days both add points.

  5. Volume10%

    Buys and sells in balance, volume under 20× market cap, the last hour still moving, and the price holding half of its 7-day high.

Hard caps Freeze authority still live: 4 at most. Dev sold 100%: 5 at most. Top 10 over 60%: 4 at most.
